Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Koail (www.koail.com) for using our website, apps and content. By using Koail you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

Koail lets you stream and, where allowed, download audio and video. We may add, change or remove content and features at any time. Some content is available only to Premium subscribers.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• Give accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person per account; do not share or sell your account.

3. Plans and ads

• Free (no account): free content, with ads.
• Freemium (free account): free content with ads, plus playlists, library and limited downloads.
• Premium (paid): all content, no ads and unlimited downloads.

Plan features may change; we will tell subscribers before a change that reduces what they have paid for.

4. Premium subscriptions and payments

• Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• You pay for a period (for example one month or one year) through PayFast or your mobile operator. Where your payment method supports it, your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Otherwise we remind you to renew.
• You can cancel at any time. Premium continues until the end of the period you have paid for; we do not refund partial periods unless required by law or stated otherwise.
• If a payment fails, Premium may stop until payment succeeds.
• Mobile-bill payments are also subject to your mobile operator's terms.

5. Using content

• Content is for your personal, non-commercial listening and viewing only.
• Do not copy, re-upload, broadcast, sell or publicly perform content, or remove any notices, except where the law allows.
• Downloads and offline saves are for personal use and may stop working if your subscription ends.
• All content, names and logos belong to Koail or its licensors.
• If you believe something on Koail infringes your copyright, send a copyright complaint. We review complaints within 2 working days and remove content that infringes; titles may be taken down while we review. To report other problems, use "Report" on the title.
• Content can be removed or become unavailable when a licence ends.

6. Things you must not do

• Try to get around plan limits, ads or security, or access other people's accounts
• Use bots, scrapers or tools that overload or copy the service
• Inflate play counts, create fake accounts or commit payment fraud
• Use the service for anything illegal

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Koail running smoothly but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We will announce significant changes.

8. Limitation of liability

Koail is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Pakistan.
